Ready to Ship Product

If the product you selected is marked “Ready to Ship”, it means it is in stock and fully packaged. Such items are dispatched within three business days.

  • Shipping is carried out within 3 business days.

  • A 50% prepayment is required at the time of order placement.

After order confirmation and receipt of the 50% advance payment, we schedule the shipment and plan the logistics route. Delivery is carried out by the freight service “Nova Poshta” or by the company’s own transport.

 

Custom-Made Product

We manufacture furniture according to individual specifications, taking your preferences into account. A wide range of toning options, paint finishes, sizes, hardware modifications, and materials is available. Production is carried out in accordance with the approved specification and all agreed details.

  • To start production, a 50% prepayment of the total cost is required.

  • The production time ranges from 10 to 30 business days from the date of order confirmation. The exact timeframe depends on the complexity of the product and is specified individually in the product specification.

The advance payment is made via bank transfer to the company’s official account. Once payment is received, the order is put into production. We always strive to complete orders earlier than the agreed deadline.

After production is completed, our logistics team contacts you to arrange a convenient shipping date via “Nova Poshta” or delivery by the company’s transport.

The remaining balance must be paid before shipment or upon delivery if the company’s transport is used.

Please note: furniture manufactured according to individual specifications is not eligible for exchange or return.

 

Delivery

Delivery by “Nova Poshta”

We deliver orders either to a branch office or directly to the customer’s address at partner rates with “Nova Poshta”. Shipments may be sent from the warehouse or directly from our production facility in the Rivne region.

“Nova Poshta” couriers deliver furniture to your building; however, they do not provide carrying-in service or floor delivery. If your order includes large items, we recommend arranging assistance in advance.

  • Partner delivery with “Nova Poshta”.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–2 days from the date of shipment.

All items are carefully packaged with additional protection for corners and front surfaces, minimizing the risk of damage during transportation. In the unlikely event of damage, we will promptly resolve the issue and arrange a replacement.

Upon receipt, please inspect the packaging carefully. If you notice significant damage, do not accept the product and inform us immediately — we will quickly resolve the matter.

 

Delivery by Company Transport

Upon request, we can arrange delivery with carrying-in and assembly inside your premises. The cost of this service is calculated separately and depends on the distance and order volume.

This service is available throughout Ukraine for items weighing more than 68 kg.

 

Self-Pickup from the Hardy Warehouse

Visit our office and production facility, where you can collect your packaged furniture directly from the warehouse.

  • or via invoice issued by your personal manager at “Hardy”.

We accept payments from all banks to our official company account.

 

Cash Payment

You may also visit our office and pay in cash at “Hardy”.

 

International Shipping

We export our products to various countries across Europe and the United States. We can calculate shipping costs to any country; however, please note that international shipping rates are significantly higher.
