Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of the buyer receiving the goods. Return shipping of goods is carried out by agreement.

You can return or exchange the product if:

• the product has not been used and has no signs of use by the consumer: scratches, chips, abrasions, stains, etc.;
• the product is fully complete and the original packaging is preserved;
• all tags and factory markings are preserved;
• the product retains its presentation and consumer properties.

In accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the company may refuse the consumer to exchange and return goods of good quality if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food products of good quality that are not subject to return and exchange.
